1. What Isshin Is

Isshin is a macOS menu bar application designed to help you focus on one task at a time. It operates entirely on your local machine and does not require an internet connection to function.

2. Beta Program

Isshin is currently in beta. By participating, you acknowledge that:

• The app may contain bugs or unexpected behavior
• Features may change or be removed without notice
• We may release updates that require you to restart the app
• Your feedback helps shape the product

3. Your Data

All your data stays on your Mac. We don't collect it, we can't access it, and we don't want it. When you delete the app, your data goes with it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Isshin on your Mac. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the application.

5. No Warranties

Isshin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to make it reliable, we can't guarantee it will be error-free or meet your specific needs.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Isshin. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (currently $0 during beta).

7. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the date at the top and notify beta users via email for significant changes.
